Seats held: none. The Hermes seat of 2026-09-13 deliberately ran without --mmproj: because loading both projectors costs about 1.8 GB, which hermes-ab-35b.sh (header) calls the difference between fitting and not; the Hermes vision toolset was commented out to match. The router preset [agents-a1-35b] has no mmproj line.
Decisions
- Downloaded with the weights because the vendor ships it; kept because it is 0.9 GB.
- Left out of every serving command since 2026-09-13 to save memory.
What went wrong
- With this file loaded alongside the Ornith projector, the Hermes pair paged to 11.5-14.9 tok/s.
- Standing checks: no run, so no partial-run, stale-build or flag checks apply.
What happened to it
Downloaded 2026-08-12 → never benched → excluded from the Hermes seat 2026-09-13. Still on disk. No RESTORE entry (not deleted). Re-downloadable from the same repo.
