Decisions
Pulled to make the vision path available ("Nothing else you own can do that"). Deleted with the GGUF on 2026-09-09 after the assistant warned Alan it was the only projector; the MLX copy was kept as the alternative route.
What went wrong
The 2026-09-09 deletion removed the only vision path that was known to work (llama.cpp), based on an unverified expectation that the MLX copy would serve vision through an oMLX patch. No vision test ever ran on either.
